Last week was Piper's Open House at school. Rick was able to come so that was a big bonus. She loved showing off her classroom and everything she's been working on.
I meanwhile chatted with friends while Simon rolled around on the rug doing somersaults and eating cookies.
Open House only means one thing: we've got a soon-to-be first grader on our hands. Yikes!

Some of the animals the other kids made. They were grouped based on where they lived. These are the jungle animals.

A 1st grader! It is pretty wild to see how quickly the time passes when they start school. I can't believe Hudson will be in 3rd grade next year. That is the year I met Darin!!
Looks like they did some cool projects in Kinder. I love that Pipes did a Kangaroo and will forever have that Aussie connection. So cool!
