I think when Rick and I went away, the kids probably had as much, if not more, fun as we did. My mom came with lots of fun things for them to do. Before we had even left, they started decorating mini-trees for the house. My mom even documented all the fun for us to see.
This snowman was a hit. The neighbors even commented on it. It was just made from Chinese paper lanterns.

This was such a fun weekend - thanks for trusting me with your two adorable kids! We had a blast! I tried to make a second snowman like that for my porch and it just did not turn out, so you got the original. We did have a lot of neighbors comment on it when I was there. Loved making the nativity set and gingerbread house too!
