Piper gave us a demonstration of her mad block stacking skills. She got the tower up to eight blocks at one time. And she tried to count them too. Every time she started a new tower, no matter how many blocks were on it, she would say "two..."

There is an Amazonian tribe that does not have discrete numbers as part of its language. They have a word that means 'about one' another word that means 'about two' and a word that means 'many'. It's funny how numbers really are an abstract concept.
